Huge thanks to Coby Wooten's office, especially Mattilyn Smith! I was injured in a car wreck and the other driver's insurance company tried to quickly settle with me for next to nothing. When I searched for a reliable lawyer after my accident, one name kept coming up. When I read the list of Ft Worth’s top10 lawyers, the same name was at the top of that list. That name------Coby Wooten. I got an appointment right away and met him in his office. He was very cordial, answered all my questions and gave me his take regarding our case. He represented me in such a manner that I was successful in my lawsuit. His entire office staff went above and beyond to help with anything I needed.

I literally found Coby Wooten on google after I was hit from behind & I had Mattilyn help me every step of the way keeping me updated as much as she could calling every single person for me to get what she needed and/or information she needed for me & got my settlement settled as high as she could !! Mr. Wooten represented my grandmother a few years ago after she was rear ended by a semi-truck driver and he did an excellent job! It was clear that he worked very hard on her case and that he cared about her personally and professionally. He was attentive and always available when questions needed answered. He made sure to keep us well informed every step of the way. I also feel that he did everything in his power to obtain a fair settlement for her and did just that. I would highly recommend Mr. Wooten as an attorney!

Coby has done an excellent job on several occasions for me. Not only did he have vast knowledge of each situation he had compassion for his client when it was really needed. I worked in the legal field for many years and know there are a few attorneys that are calloused to their clients and are in it for money only. We would highly recommend Coby to anyone. We used Coby when our 7-year-old daughter was bitten by a dog. After calling and interviewing many attorneys, we found that because of the "one bite rule" in Texas, no one wanted to take the time or case. After Coby met our daughter, he personally took the case because it reminded him of his little girl. He was able to settle out of court for a very nice amount. I think the largest in Texas. All medical bills and pain and suffering is taken care of for her and our family. Thanks again Coby!!

This attorney is highly recommended! He is very attentive, knowledgeable and fast acting! November 2009 a drunk driver rear-ended me, I was sitting still at a red light. After several stonewallers, we found Coby! We were able to settle out of court for an acceptable amount that covered all medical expenses, with some left for pain, suffering and punitive damages.
